Ushbu tezis neft-gaz korxonalarida investitsiyalarni jalb etish jarayonining iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy samaradorligini ilmiy asosda tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Neft-gaz sanoati yuqori kapital sig‘imi va uzoq muddatli investitsion aylanishi bilan ajralib turuvchi strategik tarmoq bo‘lib, unda investitsiya faoliyatining samarali tashkil etilishi ishlab chiqarish quvvatlarini kengaytirish, texnologik modernizatsiya va moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. Shu bilan birga, investitsiyalar bandlikni oshirish, mehnat sharoitlarini yaxshilash hamda hududiy ijtimoiy rivojlanishga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
This thesis is devoted to an academic analysis of the economic and social efficiency of attracting investments in oil and gas enterprises. The oil and gas industry is a strategic sector characterized by high capital intensity and a long-term investment cycle, where the effective organization of investment activities contributes to the expansion of production capacities, technological modernization, and financial stability. At the same time, investments play an important role in increasing employment, improving working conditions, and promoting regional social development.
