Abstract

This thesis evaluates the diagnostic value of Doppler ultrasonography for early detection of placental dysfunction in pregnant women at high risk of gestational diabetes mellitus. The study identifies key hemodynamic parameters associated with uteroplacental circulation disorders and demonstrates their predictive significance. Early Doppler-based assessment allows timely clinical intervention and may reduce maternal and perinatal complications.
