Abstract

From 2020 to 2024, 64 patients with inguinal hernias received inpatient treatment in the thoracoabdominal surgery department of the Multidisciplinary Clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Patients were classified as type III B inguinal hernias according to the L.Nyhus classification, and we divided inguinal hernias into several stages in order to determine the intraoperative analysis of surgical tactics in advance, depending on the difficulties they cause, their irreparable types, as well as their shapes and number of relapses according to their size. For this purpose, we divided the location of the hernial sac in patients in a standing position according to anthropometric structures.
