The transition to a green economy has become a global priority in the context of climate change, resource depletion, and environmental degradation. The industrial sector, being one of the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions and resource consumption, plays a decisive role in this transformation. This article examines the key economic factors influencing the implementation of green economy mechanisms in the industrial sector and proposes evaluation criteria to measure their effectiveness. The study analyzes investment flows, financial incentives, technological innovation, energy pricing, regulatory frameworks, market demand, and institutional capacity as primary economic determinants. Furthermore, it develops a system of qualitative and quantitative indicators for assessing the efficiency, sustainability, and long-term economic impact of green industrial transformation. The findings suggest that a coordinated policy framework, supported by economic instruments and performance-based evaluation metrics, is essential for achieving sustainable industrial development.
