Abstract

The article analyzes the main factors that cause stress and emotional tension in the families of military personnel. Military service is associated with high levels of responsibility, strict discipline, and potential exposure to dangerous or unpredictable situations. These conditions significantly influence not only the psychological state of the servicemen themselves but also the emotional well-being of their family members. The study examines social, psychological, and environmental factors that contribute to stress within military families. Particular attention is paid to issues such as long-term separation, uncertainty, frequent relocation, and the psychological consequences of military duty.
