HISTORIOGRAPHY OF CHANGES IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE SOUTHERN REGIONS OF UZBEKISTAN DURING THE YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE

Abstract

This article analyzes the level of research conducted on the socio-economic changes that occurred in the infrastructure of the southern regions of Uzbekistan (Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions) during the years of independence. By systematizing existing scientific literature, monographs, and dissertations, the author presents conclusions regarding the historiography of transport, energy, agriculture, and tourism infrastructure.
