В данной статье рассматривается роль и значение инновационных педагогических технологий в современной системе образования. Анализируются основные виды инноваций, их влияние на мотивацию обучающихся и качество усвоения знаний. Особое внимание уделяется интерактивным методам обучения, проектной деятельности и цифровизации образовательного процесса. Автор обосновывает необходимость перехода от традиционной репродуктивной модели обучения к личностно-ориентированной и деятельностной парадигме. В работе подчеркивается, что эффективность образования напрямую зависит от готовности педагога к внедрению инноваций и гибкости образовательной среды.
This article examines the role and significance of innovative pedagogical technologies in the modern education system. The main types of innovations, their impact on student motivation and the quality of knowledge acquisition are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to interactive teaching methods, project activities and digitalization of the educational process. The author substantiates the necessity of transitioning from a traditional reproductive model of education to a personality-oriented and activity-based paradigm. The paper emphasizes that the effectiveness of education directly depends on the teacher's readiness to implement innovations and the flexibility of the educational environment.
