Abstract

This abstract analyzes the concept of Islamic insurance (Takaful), which is an integral part of the Islamic financial system, its organizational forms, and management mechanisms. Furthermore, it covers issues related to the formation of the Takaful fund, the procedure for paying compensation in case of loss, and the mutual relations with the management company.
