THE ACTIVITIES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OFFICERS IN MAINTAINING PEACE AND ENSURING PUBLIC ORDER IN SURXONDARYO REGION

Abstract

This article examines the service activities of internal affairs personnel in ensuring public order and maintaining peace in the Surxondaryo region based on a historical-analytical approach. The study analyzes the professional development, career stages, and specialization fields of personnel who have served and are currently serving within the internal affairs bodies of the Boysun, Sho‘rchi, Denov, Sariosiyo, and Qumqo‘rg‘on districts of the region. Particular attention is paid to staff rotation, service discipline, and the efficiency of operational activities within the law enforcement bodies. The findings indicate that human resource potential plays a vital role in the public safety system of the Surxondaryo region.
