This article examines the psychological features of social alienation and loneliness among young parents in the period of virtual communication transformation on the basis of socio-psychological and ethnopsychological approaches. As a result of the expansion of digital technologies, social networks, and online communication platforms, the forms of family communication are changing, and a decrease in real emotional closeness is being observed. The study analyzes the states of alienation and loneliness that arise among young parents as a result of increasing virtual communication, weakening social ties, and insufficient psychological support. In addition, the role of ethnopsychological characteristics specific to Uzbek society, such as family values, collectivism, and kinship relations, is examined as a factor of psychological protection. The results of the study show that the digital environment, on the one hand, expands communicative opportunities, while on the other hand, it intensifies emotional isolation. The article serves to develop scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the psychological well-being of young parents.
