Mazkur maqola bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda o‘z ustida ishlash faoliyatini tarbiyalashning ijtimoiy-psixologik jihatlari mavzusiga bag‘ishlangan. Shuningdek, maqola matnida pedagogik faoliyatda o‘z ustida ishlash qobiliyatiga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik asoslar, ijtimoiy psixologik determenantlari, o‘qituvchilarda shakllangan kasbiy motivlar, tolerantlilik va empatik qobiliyatlar kabi masalalar ham keng yoritilgan.
The article is devoted to the socio-psychological aspects of the development of the ability for self-development in future teachers. The article also discusses issues such as psychological foundations, socio-psychological determinants, professional motivations formed by teachers, tolerance and empathic abilities that affect the ability to work on oneself in pedagogical activity.
