Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of mortality worldwide, with an increasing burden observed among women. In recent years, a steady rise in the prevalence of ischemic heart disease (IHD) has been noted, influenced by changes in risk factor profiles and demographic trends. The present study aimed to evaluate the dynamics of cardiovascular morbidity in Uzbekistan and to identify regional features of IHD prevalence among women. A retrospective analysis of national healthcare statistics for 2022–2024 was performed. The findings demonstrated a consistent increase in cardiovascular diseases, as well as a significant rise in IHD cases among women. Marked regional variability was observed, with the highest rates recorded in urbanized areas. These results emphasize the necessity of improving preventive strategies and early diagnostic measures tailored to the female population.
