Abstract

This thesis examines the formation and development of innovation management at JSCB Aloqabank in the context of Uzbekistan's digital transformation. Using SWOT analysis, financial benchmarking, and structural-functional analysis of official reports (2021–2026), the study identifies systemic organizational, technological, and human-capital barriers constraining the bank's innovation capacity. A five-pillar improvement model is proposed, targeting a 51–64% growth in active Zoomrad users and a cost-to-income ratio reduction to 35–38% by 2027–2028. Findings are grounded in the Oslo Manual (OECD, 2018), dynamic capabilities theory (Teece et al., 1997), and open innovation frameworks (Chesbrough, 2003).
