According to published scientific data, a unified standardized protocol for conservative management of patients with periodontal pathology has not yet been developed. In particular, there are no clear recommendations regarding the selection of orthopedic constructions with a minimal number of supporting elements capable of restoring both anatomical integrity and functional efficiency of the dentoalveolar system.
