Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of improving the military management system in the context of globalization, hybrid warfare, and information confrontation. The study compares the views of Medieval Eastern thinkers (Abu Nasr Al-Farabi, Yusuf Khass Hajib, Nizam al-Mulk) and Amir Temur on military leadership, strategic direction of troops, and commander personality traits with modern army practice. The interconnection of historical principles of planning, justice, operational situation monitoring, and moral-psychological training with modern tactical decision-making algorithms, intelligence, and digital control systems is scientifically substantiated.
