Abstract

This research paper provides a comprehensive exploration of the methodological approaches involved in the development of English–Uzbek educational terminological dictionaries. Focusing on both linguistic and pedagogical perspectives, it analyzes the nuances of term selection, standardization, translation, and adaptation processes. The paper explores the importance of such dictionaries in educational development and language modernization, analyzes comparative and contrastive lexicography models, and outlines the main challenges and prospects for future progress in this field.
