This article examines the prospects of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data technologies in small businesses within the context of Uzbekistan. As the country undergoes rapid economic modernization under the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" strategy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a pivotal role in driving economic growth and employment. The study analyzes current trends in digital transformation among Uzbek SMEs, evaluates the role of government initiatives such as the IT Park ecosystem and startup incubation programs, and identifies key barriers including digital infrastructure gaps, financial constraints, and workforce skill shortages. Drawing on examples from leading Uzbek platforms such as Uzum, Payme, Click, and Artel, the article proposes strategic recommendations for accelerating AI and Big Data adoption in the Uzbek small business sector. The findings underscore that with targeted policy support and investment in human capital, Uzbekistan's SMEs can leverage these technologies to achieve significant competitive advantages in both domestic and regional markets.
