Psychological stability is indispensable for consistent performance in both training and competition. Kurash athletes operate in high-pressure environments where the stakes may include not only personal achievement but also social, institutional, and sometimes national expectations. Psychological qualities such as concentration, emotional control, self-motivation, and resilience are cultivated through a variety of psychological training methods. Relaxation techniques, visualization, goal-setting, and mindfulness practices help athletes manage stress and maintain optimal arousal levels. Moreover, the creation of a positive team culture and strong coach-athlete relationships further enhances psychological support mechanisms within the training process.
