This scientific thesis is dedicated to examining the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in enterprises through digital technologies and interactive platforms. The study analyses the global and local significance of ESG standards, the mechanisms for their effective implementation through digital tools, the role of interactive information systems in corporate governance, and the prospects for developing ESG principles within the context of Uzbekistan. The research findings demonstrate that the application of digital technologies increases the transparency of ESG reporting by 40-60%, expands investor access to information, and significantly improves the effectiveness of sustainable development strategies.
