Abstract

The tourism industry has become an essential engine of economic growth and diversification worldwide, with regional tourism enterprises playing a pivotal role in fostering local development. In Uzbekistan, the government’s strategic vision to transform the tourism sector into a leading driver of socioeconomic progress is increasingly gaining momentum. Regional tourism enterprises in Uzbekistan are not only critical actors for attracting domestic and international tourists but also substantial sources of job creation, infrastructural development, and cultural exchange. The enhancement of investment activity within these enterprises is therefore of paramount importance for sustaining and amplifying the positive multiplier effects of tourism on local economies.
