BINARY LESSON OR INTER-SUBJECT INTEGRATION IN MATHEMATICS LESSONS IN GENERAL SCHOOLS
Abstract
A binary lesson is a teaching method that links the main lesson topic with a related subject. Thus, in conditions where interdisciplinary connection (integration) is ensured, the effective development of the acquired knowledge of students is achieved, as well as an increase in their cognitive abilities, activity, interests, and intellectual capabilities. Interdisciplinary connection should be understood as a didactic opportunity that ensures the coherence of curricula and textbooks for different subjects.
