METHODS FOR DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN THE TRAINING OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL

Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations, pedagogical significance, and practical methods of developing communicative competence in the process of training modern pedagogical personnel. Based on the scientific views of scholars, the article examines the concept of communicative competence, its structural components, its role in the professional mastery of teachers, and the ways of developing it through interactive learning, training, role-playing, case studies, reflective analysis, pedagogical practice, and digital communication tools. The article also scientifically substantiates the relevance of developing communicative competence on the basis of new regulatory and legal documents aimed at improving the system of teacher training in Uzbekistan.
