Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of assessing the effectiveness of attracting investments in the small business sector. The main factors affecting investment activity, mechanisms for improving the investment climate, and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of investments are highlighted. The role of small businesses in economic development, issues of increasing their competitiveness and ensuring sustainable development through attracting investments are also considered. The results of the study will serve to develop practical recommendations for improving investment policy for the development of small businesses.
