Abstract

Physical preparation in grades 1-4 represents one of the most essential foundations for a child's holistic growth and development. At the age when children enter primary school, their bodies and minds are especially receptive to all forms of movement, physical games, and structured exercises. The value of well-planned physical education in these early years goes beyond basic movement; it cultivates habits, attitudes, resilience, and social-emotional health that continue to shape a child through adolescence and into adulthood. Creating an environment where physical activity is a natural and positive part of daily life is fundamental in building future generations who appreciate health, cooperation, and confidence in their own abilities.
