Abstract

The article presents the results of an analysis of the operating cleaning line of the UXK brand in the Republic of Uzbekistan and ways to improve them.

It was established that the cleaning effect of the peg drum section installed at the end of the cleaning flow decreases sharply, increasing the specific energy consumption for cleaning.

The sawtooth section effectively cleans cotton from impurities at all stages of the production line.

It is proposed to replace the peg drum sections at the beginning and the end of the cleaning flow with a sawtooth drum.

The advantages of the proposed cotton cleaning option are experimentally substantiated.
