Abstract

Hereditary anemias are a heterogeneous group of diseases caused by genetic defects affecting hemoglobin synthesis, erythrocyte structure, enzyme systems, or erythropoiesis processes. Modern diagnosis of these conditions is based on a comprehensive approach, including hematological, biochemical, molecular genetic, and instrumental research methods
