Abstract

The development of critical thinking skills is considered one of the most important objectives of modern education. In primary education, these skills help students analyze information, evaluate different viewpoints, solve problems, and make independent decisions. This study examines the role of the integrative approach in fostering critical thinking skills among primary school students. The integrative approach promotes the meaningful connection of knowledge from different subjects and encourages learners to apply acquired knowledge in real-life situations. Through interdisciplinary activities, discussions, problem-solving tasks, and project-based learning, students develop analytical and reflective thinking abilities. The study concludes that the integrative approach creates favorable conditions for the effective development of critical thinking skills and contributes to improving the quality of primary education.
