СYTOGENITIC AND IMMYNOGENITIC INVESTIGATIONS OF ONCOLOGYCAL PATIENTS AMONG THE CHILDREN’S IN UZBEK POPULATION

Abstract

The study of genetic markers in pediatric oncology plays a crucial role in understanding the mechanisms of carcinogenesis and identifying specific predisposing factors. The primary objective of this research was to detect and evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of cytogenetic abnormalities and the immunogenetic profile (HLA system) in pediatric patients with solid tumors and hemoblastoses within the Uzbek population.
