Abstract

The article discusses the reforms implemented in our country in recent years in the field of communication with the people. Also, the effectiveness of digitalization in this area in practice is analyzed in a comparative manner using the experience of advanced developed countries. The conclusion of the article puts forward proposals for digitalization of communication with people.
