Abstract

This study examines the universal and ethnocultural components of concepts formed through linguocultural codes within a multilingual cognitive framework. The research explores how language, culture, and cognition interact in the conceptualization process across different linguistic communities. Special attention is paid to the role of linguocultural codes in shaping conceptual meanings and to the balance between universal cognitive patterns and culturally specific interpretations. Through a comparative analysis of multilingual data, the study identifies shared conceptual structures as well as ethnoculturally marked elements that reflect national worldview, traditions, and values. The findings contribute to cognitive linguistics, linguoculturology, and intercultural communication by highlighting the dynamic relationship between universal human cognition and ethnocultural specificity in conceptual systems.
