Abstract

This study examines the pedagogical–metamorphic mechanisms that ensure social adaptation in blind and low-vision learners by transforming their sensory limitations into compensatory strengths within inclusive learning environments. Social participation for visually impaired learners is not viewed as a passive outcome, but as an intentional developmental trajectory supported by adaptive communication models, tactile–auditory learning tools, mobility orientation training, and role-based social interaction. Through metamorphic pedagogical strategies, learners gradually shift from dependency to autonomy, from restricted perceptual access to multimodal sensory integration, and from social isolation to confident participation. The transformation is manifested in improved spatial orientation, communicative self-expression, independent decision-making, and identity formation. As a result, inclusive pedagogy becomes not only a means of accessibility but a catalyst for personal agency, social dignity, and meaningful community engagement.
