Abstract

This article explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in mitigating the structural and pedagogical limitations of traditional educational systems. Modern education faces critical issues, including rigid "one-size-fits-all" curricula, teacher burnout, inequitable access to quality resources, and delayed feedback mechanisms. By examining the integration of adaptive learning platforms, automated administrative tasks, 24/7 virtual tutoring, and predictive analytics, the paper demonstrates how AI serves as an essential tool for personalization and democratization. Ultimately, the study highlights that the successful evolution of education relies not on replacing human educators, but on creating a collaborative synergy between human empathy and AI's data-driven capabilities to build a more equitable learning environment.
