Abstract

This article analyzes the strategic directions of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan Council of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in the context of New Uzbekistan. The study focuses on labor rights protection, social justice, employment development, and human capital improvement. Special attention is given to environmental challenges in the Aral Sea region and occupational safety issues. The article also examines digital transformation and social partnership mechanisms. The findings highlight the significant role of trade unions in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development at the regional level.
