Abstract

Ovarian cancer is one of the most aggressive malignant neoplasms of the female reproductive system and is associated with high mortality due to late diagnosis. The Khorezm Region is located within the environmentally disadvantaged Aral Sea area, where exposure to salt and dust aerosols, heavy metals, and other anthropogenic factors may influence the development and biological behavior of malignant neoplasms.
