O`ZBEKISTONDA DAVLAT TIBBIY SUG`URTASINI JORIY ETISHNING TASHKILIY-HUQUQIY ASOSLARI: SIRDARYO TAJRIBASI MISOLIDA TAHLIL

Abstract

Ushbu tezisda O‘zbekiston sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning o‘zagi bo‘lgan davlat tibbiy sug‘urtasi mexanizmlari tadqiq etiladi. Sirdaryo viloyatida o‘tkazilgan tajriba-sinov loyihasining tashkiliy-huquqiy jihatlari, erishilgan natijalar va tizimni respublika miqyosida joriy etishdagi dolzarb muammolar tahlil qilingan.

This thesis examines the mechanisms of state health insurance (SHI), which serves as the core of ongoing healthcare reforms in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the organizational and legal aspects of the pilot project conducted in the Syrdarya region, the results achieved, and the pressing issues in scaling the system nationwide.
