This study evaluates the clinical efficacy and immunohistochemical response of targeted biologic therapies - specifically Janus kinase inhibitors and anti-interleukin-17 monoclonal antibodies - in patients with primary lymphocytic cicatricial alopecia, including lichen planopilaris and frontal fibrosing alopecia. Through trichoscopic monitoring, scalp biopsy transcriptomic analysis, and validated clinical scoring, the research demonstrates meaningful suppression of perifollicular inflammation and stabilization of fibrotic progression under biologic intervention.
