Abstract

This article analyzes the experience of foreign countries in the formation and development of agro-industrial clusters from an economic point of view. It highlights the formation of agro-clusters in countries such as the European Union, the USA, China, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, the UK and Brazil, their characteristics of territorial specialization, production chain, transport and logistics system, innovative technologies and market linkages. It also substantiates the possibilities of applying foreign experience in the conditions of the Kashkadarya region, in particular, the importance of natural resource potential, agro-climatic conditions, water resources, processing capacities and logistics infrastructure in the territorial organization of cotton-textile, fruit and vegetable growing and livestock clusters.
