Abstract

This article analyzes the main pests of ornamental junipers, their biological characteristics and the harm they cause to plants. It also highlights the importance of using environmentally friendly methods to protect junipers. During the study, biological control methods, agrotechnical measures, and the possibilities of using natural enemies of pests were studied. It was found that the ecological control system helps to reduce the use of chemical preparations, ensure environmental protection, and preserve the decorative qualities of ornamental junipers. The results of the study serve as the basis for developing scientific and practical recommendations for the sustainable protection of junipers in green areas, parks, and alleys.
