Abstract

Poultry farming is one of the most dynamic branches of agriculture and plays a crucial role in ensuring food security, increasing rural incomes, and supporting sustainable economic development. This study examines productivity growth and economic performance in the poultry sector of Uzbekistan. The research evaluates production trends, profitability indicators, labor productivity, and factors influencing economic efficiency. Statistical and comparative analysis methods were employed to assess the relationship between production growth and financial performance. The findings reveal that technological modernization, improved feed management, and government support have significantly contributed to the expansion of poultry production and profitability. The study also provides recommendations for enhancing productivity and ensuring sustainable sectoral development.
