This study investigates the linguacultural representation of Information Technology (IT) terminology within the English and Uzbek languages, shifting the linguistic paradigm from structural classification to cognitive and cultural perception. As technology redefines human interaction, IT vocabulary functions as a modern linguistic picture of the world, reflecting how different speech communities internalize virtual reality. Through a comparative linguacultural analysis, this paper explores the socio-cultural "auras" of digital terms, analyzing how a globally dominant technical language (English) intersects with a rapidly modernizing national vocabulary (Uzbek). The findings reveal that while English IT terminology is deeply rooted in Western pragmatic, individualistic, and user-centric philosophies, its integration into the Uzbek language reflects a unique sociolinguistic transition. In Uzbek digital discourse, internationalisms are systematically synthesized with localized values and linguistic norms, signaling the emergence of a contemporary "Digital Uzbek" identity.
