Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) remains a major global health problem and is one of the leading causes of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The progression of liver damage in patients with CHB is influenced by multiple factors, among which viral load plays a significant role. This article examines the relationship between Hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA levels and the degree of liver fibrosis. Understanding this correlation is essential for early diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning. Clinical evidence suggests that patients with high viral loads are at greater risk of developing advanced liver fibrosis and related complications. Therefore, regular monitoring of HBV DNA levels and liver fibrosis indicators is crucial for effective disease management.
