Abstract

This article analyzes the organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan, using the Surkhandarya region as a case study. The research examines the region's unique historical and natural potential, including Buddhist monuments and the tourism appeal of the Boysun Mountains. Based on statistical data, the dynamics of tourist flows and investments in the region for the period 2020–2024 are analyzed. The research results indicate that to increase the export of tourism services in Surkhandarya, it is necessary to improve the public-private partnership system and expand digital infrastructure. The article provides scientific and practical recommendations for eliminating infrastructure deficiencies and forming regional tourism clusters.
