EFFECTIVENESS OF INDIVIDUALIZED MICROCIRCULATION CORRECTION REGIMENS FOR PROSTHETIC TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CKD

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with systemic microangiopathy and endothelial dysfunction, which directly affects the condition of the periodontium and complicates patients' adaptation to prosthetic treatment. The study included patients with CKD who required prosthodontic treatment. Patients were divided into groups depending on the approach used to correct microcirculation. The comprehensive assessment included a clinical examination, analysis of microcirculation parameters, and evaluation of the prosthetic bed mucosa and adaptation to the prostheses. It was established that the use of individualized microcirculation correction regimens helps improve regional blood flow, reduce the severity of inflammatory changes in the mucous membrane, and increase tissue resistance to prosthetic loading. Patients in the main group demonstrated faster tissue healing, a lower incidence of complications (denture stomatitis, pressure sores), and improved prosthesis adaptation indicators compared to the control group. An individualized approach to microcirculation correction in patients with CKD undergoing prosthetic treatment is clinically justified and effective.
