The article comprehensively examines the theoretical and practical issues of transforming reproduction processes in the agricultural sector of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan from traditional (extensive) approaches to the principles of environmental, social, and corporate responsibility ("green economy"). Based on panel statistical data from agricultural enterprises in the Syrdarya region, the long-term patterns of integrating international ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria into the current investment activities of entities are investigated. Utilizing economic-mathematical tools and long-term polynomial regression modeling (with a high coefficient of determination), the optimal point of concentration of capital and production resources is scientifically substantiated and determined. This optimum ensures the achievement of maximum labor productivity and projected volumes of gross output by 2030, while minimizing inter-district economic disparities within the region.References
