Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of the idea of an enlightened society, which was formed during the Golden Age of Islamic philosophy. The main focus is on Abu Nasr al-Farabi's concept of the virtuous society, Ibn Sina's teachings on the harmony of knowledge and morality, Al-Kindi's views on reason and wisdom, and Abu Hamid al-Ghazali's theory of spiritual perfection. Based on this heritage, the philosophical essence of a societal model founded on enlightenment, justice, morality, and intellectual development is revealed.
