Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the modern interpretation of appellate and cassation powers in prosecutorial supervision over investigation. The paper examines the role of the prosecutor in appellate and cassation instances, the legal nature of their powers, modern trends in the review of judicial acts, and issues of interaction with judicial control. The article analyzes the scientific views of Uzbek and foreign scholars, and develops proposals and conclusions aimed at improving the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision.
