MECHANISMS FOR PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE-INTENSIVE SERVICES THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION CENTERS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the activities of scientific and production centers (SPCs) in the marketing of knowledge-intensive equipment in the context of the digital transformation of Uzbekistan’s industrial policy. The role of SPCs as institutional integrators that generate demand, coordinate participants in the innovation ecosystem and develop new production chains is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies as a tool for analysing market conditions, forecasting technological trends and optimising cooperative linkages. The article proposes a model of an SPC digital platform that integrates marketing, technological monitoring and industrial cooperation functions.
The structure of SPCs within a unified platform ecosystem is justified, and practical recommendations are developed for introducing AI technologies into the processes of forming demand for equipment and creating localised production chains in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The study proposes a unified platform-based conceptual model of an SPC that integrates close interaction among innovation-system participants - the state, industrial enterprises, universities, research organisations and laboratories - and supports innovation projects through digital platforms for technology localisation and innovation commercialisation by providing marketing and scientific-production services. Special emphasis is placed on the role of AI as a tool for intellectualising marketing, forecasting demand and optimising industrial cooperation.
