Abstract

This article examines the prospects for increasing labor efficiency based on digital technologies and HR analytics in non-governmental non-commercial organizations. The opportunities for evaluating employee performance, managing motivation, and improving labor productivity through digital tools and data-driven human resource analysis are analyzed. Based on the research results, it is substantiated that the introduction of HR analytics and digital platforms makes it possible to optimize employees’ workload, accelerate the decision-making process, and significantly increase organizational efficiency.
