Abstract

This paper examines the impact of Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) on improving educational effectiveness and institutional performance. It explores how educational data can be utilized to support strategic planning, evidence-based decision-making, resource optimization, academic performance monitoring, and continuous quality improvement. The study also analyzes the role of Learning Analytics, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence in strengthening data-driven educational management while addressing the challenges related to data quality, privacy, digital infrastructure, and data literacy. The findings indicate that Data-Driven Decision Making enhances organizational efficiency, improves educational quality, strengthens accountability, and supports sustainable institutional development. The study concludes that evidence-based management has become an essential strategy for achieving excellence in modern educational institutions.
