Abstract

This research provides comprehensive analysis of the interrelationship between skin barrier disruption and immune inflammatory processes in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis. The study examines molecular defects in epidermal barrier structure, filaggrin mutations, trans-epidermal water loss, T-helper cell polarization, and cytokine network dysregulation. The findings establish a fundamental foundation for developing pathogenetically grounded therapeutic strategies.
